A series of eight television PSAs in English and Spanish have been created to show the difference that caring adults can make in the lives of youth and to encourage adults to get involved with young people in positive activities. The PSAs target a variety of ethnic groups, including African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander, Caucasian, and multicultural audiences. All eight television PSAs are available on a single videotape in VHS or Betacam SP format.

English and Spanish versions of "Every Moment Counts" and "Future Leaders" are available with blank space for customized narration and on-screen text. Organizations are invited to add their own name and local contact infromation to these PSAs. a Betacam master videotape and take it to a local community college, vocational school, cable access channel, or other facility with broadcast-quality video editing capabilities.
