Jack-O-Lantern Punch
(1 ½ gallons or 64 4-oz. Servings Non-Alcoholic)
1 gallon apple cider
1 quart hot water
1/2 cup instant tea
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
To serve warm: Heat water, add tea, cider, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
To serve chilled: Combine all ingredients with ice and chill. Pour into punch bowl over block of ice, add ginger ale. Garnish glasses with mint sprig. (May add orange sherbet scoops.)
