How To Make a Ghost Puppet

You will need:
Tissue paper
Cotton ball
Rubber band
String
Black marker

Place tissue paper over a cotton ball and place a rubber band underneath the cotton ball.
Draw eyes on with marker.
Tie a string around the ghost's neck and hang it, or use the ghost as a finger puppet by hooking it over a finger with rubber band.
