Acknowledgments

The PreventionAlert Series was initiated by the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to serve as a conduit for CSAP customers to synthesize, transfer, and promote state-of-the-art prevention knowledge and technologies on a variety of preventive intervention strategies and programmatic ideas for responding to their needs.

Gwyndolyn Ensley is the program manager and executive editor of the PreventionAlert Series. PreventionAlerts are published with assistance from Joan Quinlan and other CSAP staff, and EEI Communications staff--primarily Alane Keller Ludin, Nicole Rouech, and Chris Findlay--who write and edit the PreventionAlerts.
